DRIVERS
All drivers must be aged between 21 and 70. Drivers under 25 will be subject to an insurance surcharge of £5 per day for vehicles in Group’s 1, 2, 5, 6, A and B. Other groups by quotation.
Additional drivers cost £2.50/driver/day.
(Groups 4, D, E - £5.00 per day)

LICENCES/PHOTO
All drivers must produce a valid driver’s licence, showing at least a year’s qualified driving.
UK Photocard licence - photocard and counterpart sheet must be produced. Non Photocard licence - other photographic ID must be produced.
NonUK/EC licence holders will be subject to an insurance surcharge of £2.50/day. NonUK/NonEC licence holders - £5/day
All Non UK licence holders must produce their passport.

UK/EUROPEAN USE
All rates are for UK use only. European use is available, please ask for a quotation.

INSURANCE
Insurance is comprehensive, with a standard excess liability of £750. DER (Damage Excess Reduction) is available at £5/day (£3/day for 5 days or more). With DER, excess liability is reduced to £100.

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT
Estimated total hire charge payable in full at commencement of hire. Terms and conditions authorises Company to charge customer up to maximum excess in the event of damage or loss. Credit Card users will be debited to their card. Debit Card/Cash payments require max. excess liability (see Insurance above) to be paid in full at commencement of hire, as a deposit, and will be refunded at finish, subject to damage/loss conditions. Cheques are not accepted

MILEAGE CHARGES
All hires up to 3 days include a free mileage allowance of 200 miles per day. Hires of 4 days or more include unlimited mileage. Excess miles charged at 8p/mile Group 1, 2, 5, 6, and A,
10p/mile all other Groups
